The Fingal Centre is pleased to announce that we are now offering Benefit 3 Computer Training. Benefit 3 is aimed at those who have little to no experience with computers, those over 55, the unemployed, those who may have little formal education and those who may be disadvantaged (for instance, those with a disability or those living alone).

It is free to take part in this course. Topics covered include:

• Computer basics: hardware and software, switching on the computer.
• Web browsing and e-mail.
• Social networks (Facebook/Twitter).
• Shopping and banking online.

This is a three to four day course (depending on participants’ previous experience) and will be held in The Fingal Centre’s training room from 10am to 12:30pm. Places in each course are limited.
