Community Employment is designed to help unemployed people to get back into the workforce by working and training in the community. Supplementing their work experience and on-the-job training, CE participants are able to avail of training and development opportunities. The training provided through Community Employment is delivered within the FETAC Quality Assurance framework. On completion, participants are supported to progress to employment and / or further training and education.
